Halltown, MO
Tiny Halltown is only 0.2 square miles in area, but has been a community since 1833. During a good bit of its existence, it was a pretty bustling place. In the late 1940s, it had over 20 establishments, including gas stations, cafe's, antique shops and other stores. Today about the only thing left is Whitehall Mercantile, which is now an antiques place, and a few other buildings most of which are abandoned.
