Yukon, OK
Yukon boasts of being the home town of Garth Brooks, although he no longer lives there.
The big site in Yukon is the brightly lit Yukon's Best Flour sign.
There are a bunch of Chisolm Trail sites, including a Chisholm Trail Wall Mural and a Chisholm Trail Historic Marker.
Yukon also is proud of it's Yukon's Best Railroad Museum.
Youkon is home to the Expess Clydesdales, which are rare black versions of this breed. There are over 40 Clydesdales and one touring company. There is a Welcome Center, and viewing these magnificent horses is free.
Biker wise, check out Grady's 66 Pub, which is a biker beer joint right on the main drag.
Across the street from Grady's you'll find the Horseshoe Bar, which also is a beer joint that has been in operation since 1906. They have some interesting vintage photos of Youkon, along with signed photos of Mickey Mantle, undefeated heavyweight champion Rocky Marciano and legendary Oklahoma football Coach Barry Swtizer.
From Youkon, follow OK 66 toward El Reno - Go through the Junction of Bus 40/US 81 - Follow that road (it becomes Rock Island) into El Reno - Go left on Wade - Go right on Choctaw - Go left on Sunset - Follow Bus 40/Sunset out of town
From Youkon, follow Route 66 to the light at Mustang Rd - Go right on Mustang Rd then take an immediate left onto 36th St - Follow 36th St, which will turn into Overholser Rd - Go left onto Countryside Lane until it intersects with Route 66 - Go right and follow Route 66 into Bethany
