Valentine, AZ

A small scene from Easy Rider in which Peter Fonda fixes a flat was filmed in Valentine. Other than that, there is not much in Valentine except an office of the Department of the Interior.

Valentine once offered Carrow's Cabins, which started as a stone restaurant featuring a spring fed swimming pool. Travelers could have a bite to eat and cool off in the pool. Later on, a garage and gas station were added, then later still, a motor court. Carrow's Cabins eventually closed after Valentine was bypassed.
