Wellston, OK
To get to Wellston, you will be taking a quick detour off the main road, but it is worth it. Wellston was bypassed in 1933, but a 1933 iron bridge still remains.
At the turn off to Wellston, you will go by the now closed the stone Pioneer Bar B Q, which once was part of a tourist spot called Pioneer Camp.
As you come into Wellston, you will pass through a well-kept residential neighborhood. There is a small downtown area with several businesses, including a grocery store and a liquor store. Unfortunately, no bars or restaurants.
This quaint detour won't take you long, but you'll be glad you did it.
From Wellston, follow Hwy 66B out of town - Get back on OK 66 to Luther
From Wellston, follow Hwy 66B to OK Hwy 66 - Go left onto Hwy 66 and follow it to Warwick
