Bernal, NM

There is nothing much in Bernal except a bunch of abandoned buildings. But, even though our route parallels I-25, the road is a hilly fun ride through the beautiful New Mexico desert.
The ride from Bernal to San Juan follows I-25, but the terrain blocks most of it. The ride is full of gentle turns and rolling hills, with a great view of Glorieta Mesa and the valley below.
