Edmond, OK
Edmond is commercial these days and doesn't have the Route 66 flavor of many of the towns to the East. However, it has the Harley-Davidson World Shop.
On the way into Edmond you'll find Freddy's Frozen Custard. It is not as quaint as Ted Drewes in St Louis or Andy's in Springfield, MO, but unlike those great places, Freddy's has a full menu in addition to its terrific frozen custard.
From 2nd St/US 77 in Edmond, go left onto Broadway/US 77 South - Take Memorial Rd/Kelly St Exit - Go left on Kelly and follow it about 3 miles to the stop sign at Britton Rd - Go right on Britton Rd - Go left on Western Ave (Be alert; it is a tricky turn over some RR tracks) - Stay on Western Ave past I-44 - Go right on 23rd St - Follow 23rd St to N May Ave
From Edmond, follow OK Hwy 66 to Arcadia
